Account deletion
How to request deletion of your Arenci account, what we remove, and what may be retained for legal or security reasons.
1. Overview
You can request that Nirvana AI Technologies Ltd delete your Arenci account and associated personal data. This page explains how to make that request. For full details of how we process data, see our Privacy Policy.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Use the subject line Delete my Arenci account (or similar). Include enough detail for us to identify your account, such as:
- The email address or phone number linked to your account.
- The name shown in the app, if you remember it.
- Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we proceed.
3. What we delete
When we complete a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account where we can, including where applicable:
- Account profile details stored for Arenci.
- Style preferences and personalisation memory.
- Saved Finds and Radar watches.
- Search and feedback history we hold for your account.
We aim to complete deletion within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of verifying your request, unless a longer period is needed for technical or legal reasons.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, for example:
- Records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
- Subscription or entitlement records needed to reconcile app store billing (card payments are handled by Apple or other platform stores; we do not store full card numbers).
- Security logs or backups for a limited period before they rotate out.
- Information we must keep to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Subscriptions (Arenci Plus)
Deleting your Arenci account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed through the App Store (or another platform store). To avoid future charges, cancel the subscription in your device or store subscription settings before or after requesting account deletion. Store refund policies remain controlled by the platform and applicable law.
6. Other data controls
Without deleting your whole account, you can often remove or edit data in the app (for example unsaving Finds, deleting a Radar, or updating style preferences). You can also manage push notifications in your device settings.
