Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Arenci helps users discover fashion products using text or photo search, save items, and explore related recommendations. Product listings, prices, availability, and images may come from third-party merchants or marketplaces. We do not sell those products ourselves unless we expressly say so.

When you tap through to a merchant, you leave our Services and that merchant’s terms and privacy policy apply to any purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale without permission, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to spam or harass others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example search photos or profile details). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including Arenci branding, software, and design, are owned by Nirvana AI Technologies Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Merchant product content remains subject to the rights of those third parties.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that search results, prices, or availability are complete, accurate, or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirvana AI Technologies Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law. We may suspend or discontinue the Services in whole or in part. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you may benefit from mandatory protections of your local law and courts.
