Referral Programme Terms

1. The programme

A verified Arenci user may share a personal referral link. A genuinely new customer who opens a valid link, creates an account, and is eligible under Apple's rules may use the standard 7-day introductory trial of Arenci Plus. The referral does not create a separate or exclusive App Store trial.

The trial never starts automatically. The invited customer must review and confirm the subscription through the Apple App Store.

2. Trial eligibility and renewal

• The invited customer must be a genuinely new Arenci account.
• The referral claim must be made within 24 hours of account creation.
• The referral link attribution remains valid for up to 30 days.
• Apple determines whether the customer is eligible for an introductory offer. Previous use of an introductory offer in the same subscription group may make the customer ineligible.
• After the free trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price and billing period displayed by Apple unless it is cancelled before renewal.

Subscriptions and cancellations are managed through Apple. Deleting an Arenci account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

3. Referrer rewards

When Apple purchase information confirms that an eligible invited customer started the standard 7-day introductory trial after a valid referral claim, the referrer earns 30 days of Arenci Plus. The invited customer does not need to complete a paid renewal for the referrer to earn the reward.

• A referrer can earn a maximum of five rewards over the lifetime of the programme.
• Each reward is worth 30 days of Arenci Plus.
• A sixth eligible friend may still use the standard introductory trial, but the referrer earns no further reward.
• An ordinary cancellation during the friend's trial does not remove an earned reward.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

We may apply a reward as promotional Plus access or by extending an existing subscription. Processing time and the method used may depend on the referrer's current subscription status and Apple's systems.

4. Misuse and disqualification

Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, receipt transfers, manipulated devices, automated claims, or other attempts to obtain rewards dishonestly are prohibited. We may reject a claim, revoke an unapplied reward, suspend participation, or close accounts where we reasonably identify misuse.

Plus time already applied through Apple may not be technically recoverable. We may still take action on the associated Arenci account where fraud or abuse is confirmed.

5. Availability and changes

The programme may be unavailable in some countries, for some Apple accounts, or during maintenance. We may change, pause, or end the programme where reasonably necessary. Any reward already validly earned remains recorded and will be handled under the terms that applied when it was earned, unless fraud or law requires otherwise.

6. Privacy

Referral processing uses account, device, link, and subscription information to attribute referrals, prevent fraud, and deliver rewards. We do not show the referrer the invited customer's name, email address, or phone number. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Apple and contact

Apple is not a sponsor or administrator of the Arenci referral programme. Apple's terms govern App Store subscriptions, introductory-offer eligibility, billing, cancellation, and refunds.
